Payments, Booking, Cancellations and Refunds (for tours 4 days or less)
- Full payment is required at time of booking, and is non-refundable.
- For cancellations made 15 days or more before tour date, you can transfer to another tour or date with no penalties (subject to availability) if new tour is of a higher value that balance will be due immediately. If new tour is of a lesser value no partial refund is due.
- No amendments allowed 14 days or less before tour date.
- Edible Bike Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, in this instance full refunds will be made.
Payments, Booking, Cancellations and Refunds (for tours 5 days or more)
- Deposit of 15% is required at time of booking and is non-refundable.
- Balance of payment is required no later than 60 days prior to departure date, at which time becomes non-refundable.
- For bookings within 60 days of departure, full payment is required upon confirmation.
- For cancellations made 60 days or more before tour date, deposit may be transferred to another tour or date of same or similar value, or held as a credit on file for future use, less a processing fee of EUR100. Any credit held on file must be used within 2 years of original deposited date.
- Edible Bike Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, or in the case of minimum numbers not being met, in this instance full refunds will be made or alternative dates offered.
Single Room Requests (Single Room Supplement)
- Single room request will be granted based on availability and a single supplement will be charged. If a solo traveller is willing to share a room Edible Bike Tours will attempt to match with a roommate of same age and gender, in which case no single supplement will apply.
Liability Release
- Each participant on our Tours is required to fill out an Edible Bike Tours liability release form. Liability forms will be available at the beginning of our tours but can be reviewed ahead of time on our website.
